What is Rapid Transformational Therapy?

What to Expect on your first session?
Every RTT journey begins with you completing a short intake form, followed by a 20-minute consultation call via Zoom or telephone. This is our opportunity to talk through what's been going on for you, understand your goals, and make sure you feel comfortable and prepared before we begin.
Your main session takes place at least 24 hours later and lasts approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. We start with a gentle induction into a relaxed hypnotic state — think of it like a deeply guided meditation. You'll be invited to softly roll your eyes upward, which naturally triggers your body to relax and shift into a alpha brainwave state — the slow, receptive state where your subconscious mind becomes accessible.
From there, we journey back to specific memories connected to your presenting issue. Together we explore what was happening, who was there, and what feelings and meanings you attached to those experiences. This isn't about reliving pain — it's about understanding it from a place of safety and insight.
You are then guided through a process of inner healing. This may include releasing negative emotions, healing your inner child, reframing limiting beliefs, and reprogramming your subconscious so that past events lose their grip on your present. Powerful, positive beliefs are then reinforced at the deepest level of your mind.
Returning to full awareness is gentle — a short countdown brings you back, and most clients feel a little dreamy but lighter, as though they've set down something heavy they'd been carrying for a long time. After your session, drink plenty of water and give yourself permission to rest for the remainder of the day.

A personalised 20-minute hypnosis audio to listen to daily for 21 days, reinforcing your new beliefs and supporting your continued transformation

24-hour and weekly check-ins via email or messenger for 30 days post-session, so you never feel alone in the process
Sessions are available in person at my therapy room in Chilliwack, BC, or online via Zoom — meaning you can experience this work from anywhere in the world. Online and in-person sessions are equally effective, and clients consistently report the same powerful results from both.
